SUPERHUMAN SCORE: 8.8

Kickstart your day with 2-3 minutes of jumping on a mini trampoline.
Principle-First
How much time do you waste in a state of morning grogginess?
I used to waste A LOT.
Fortunately, I discovered Tony Robbins’ morning habit of rebounding.
INTRODUCING MORNING REBOUNDING
Rebounding is the practice of jumping on a mini trampoline. The exercise will increase your blood flow and oxygen levels.
Two Alternative Options:
- Jump Rump: A travel-friendly option. The hand-eye coordination required will wake up your mind. I like the SR-343 Mach Speed Rope by Rogue
- Jumping jacks (free)
SUPERHUMAN SCORING
In every edition of All Systems Go, I assess the featured product across four superhuman dimensions: impact, setup, maintenance, and aesthetics.
Unlike your typical product review, I focus on factors that influence personal growth. Get to know the evaluation system.
Impact (9.0/10)
By day I’m a full-time consultant.
So to build System Sunday (on the side), it’s been critical to be productive in the early morning.
My routine is to write for 3 hours between 5-8 AM.
I wake up as groggy as the next person! And as you know, writing while groggy is a BAD combination.
My secret to quickly becoming alert?
Rebounding for 2-3 minutes—right when I get outta bed.
Setup (9.0/10)
Assembling the trampoline is straightforward (takes about 15 minutes). Here’s a helpful how-to video.
Maintenance (8.5/10)
Being groggy sucks. Feeling alive is awesome.
Rebounding is an easy habit to build because it’s immediately rewarding. You’ll quickly associate rebounding with feeling ON.
Pro Tip: Rebound outside? Even better. Health expert Dr. Andrew Huberman shares that a healthy tide of cortisol is released when we step out at daybreak (and get sun exposure). This will allow you to become even more alert to tackle the day.
Aesthetics (8.0/10)
The Darchen Mini Trampoline is primarily black with three accent color options: blue, green, and rose red.
The heavy-duty steel leg frames are sturdy. I also like it’s designed for a quiet bounce back.
BRINGING IT HOME
Energy management over time management.
But combining the two will make you unstoppable.
Rebounding will help you do just that—allowing you to become alert so you can do meaningful work.
